Reader Feedback on Zeiss 21mm f/2.8 Distagon

Last December I asked for advice on the Zeiss 21mm wide. Your advice was very helpful to me. It is a great lens.
I was able to shoot the Amphitheater in Aspendos, Turkey with the 21mm. It clearly took some great pictures there. The 21mm, Canon 50L and Zeiss 100mm have become my go to lenses for general photography. My thanks for your letters and input.

Your blog and guides are wonderful to read. I do enjoy reading about the Zeiss lenses and especially like to read the lens comparisons.
I purchased the Zeiss ZE 2.8/21mm lens a few months ago and marvel each time I use it. It has such a wide field of view and is so sharp I've had to learn how to use it affectively. Used on my 5D Mark II, I couldn't be happier. (unless it was a f/2.0)
I do believe that the Zeiss 21mm f/2.8 Distagon (reviewed in my Guide) is one of the finest wide angle lenses ever produced, and I heartily recommend it to anyone for which manual focus is acceptable.
