Zeiss 18mm f/3.5 Distagon and 21mm f/2.8 Aperture Series on D800E (Tioga Pine)

Following up my 15mm aperture series in my Guide to Zeiss, I show the Zeiss 18mm f/3.5 and 21mm f/2.8 Distagon on the same scene, along with a field of view comparison page of 15/18/21mm.

Since the 15/18/21mm series were all taken without moving the tripod, the three series makes an useful comparison in field of view and insight into the “look” of Zeiss lenses. Also, the 21mm comparison shows two differing points of focus, for insight into just how focus affects the feel of the subject, even stopped down to f/8.
