An apertures series with the Nikon Coolpix A from f/2.8 through f/16 is presented in color as well as in three separate black and white series.
The very high sensor quality of the Coolpix A lends itself nicely to black and white conversions.
Nikon’s latest sensors really are sensational. I eagerly anticipate a future 56-megapixel Nikon D4x.
The Coolpix A has some disappointing design blunders, see the Coolpix A usability comments. But at about $1100 (more than many DX DSLRs), I really wish Nikon would pay more attention to the needs of those using the camera seriously.
