Sony RX1R: My Preferred Shooting Configuration

Shown below is my recommended shooting configuration for the Sony RX1 / RX1R with the Sony FDA-EVM1K EVF and the Really Right Stuff grip (the “L” part is also shown, handy for vertical use on a tripod).

Not shown is the Sony Lens hood LHP-1, which I also consider mandatory primarily for protecting the front lens element from inadvertant dings, light rain and of course to shade the lens.
