There is a disappointment here, one I touch upon as possibly related to a disappointment seen in Shootout: Sigma 85/1.4A vs Zeiss Milvus 85/1.4 vs Nikon 85/1.4G (Lundy Beaver Ponds, Nikon D810). Since this sample comes 6 months later and also brand-new, it leaves me wondering about the optical design and/or quality control of this particular focal length—and Sigma Art lenses are remarkably consistent in general.
