The about $799 Voigtlander Classic 35mm f/1.4 is a high speed manual focus and manual aperture ring for Sony mirrorless. Adapted from a rangefinder design (AFAIK), it can be expected to have limitations at wider apertures until stopped well down.

It’s a comfy home away from home—I confess that having food, bed, computer all within 6 feet walking distance is life simplicity of great appeal, at least for a week or two. I wish I had gotten one 3 years ago, before I spent big bucks repairing my Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Still, its 4 wheel drive is a pale imitation of what the Cayenne could do.
