Fujifilm GF 35-70mm f/4.5-5.6 Aperture Series @ 48mm: Riparian Tree Leafing Out

This aperture series from f/5.2 to f/11 evaluates overall performance of the Fujifilm GF 35-70mm f/4.5-5.6 WR at 48mm on a deep 3D scene. It makes for an unusually informative assessment of total lens performance.

Fujifilm GF 35-70mm f/4.5-5.6 Aperture Series @ 48mm: Riparian Tree Leafing Out

Includes images from f/5.2 to f/11 at up to full camera resolution, plus crops.

Is this thing a zoom or a prime? I continue to be impressed with the 35-70. I’m actually wondering whether I need bother with the Fujifilm GF 50mm f/3.5 (my favorite lens for the Fujfilm GFX100S/100), but it will take some more work to be sure of that.
