Fujifilm GF 55/1.7: Conclusions and Summary

I shot several thousand images with the Fujifilm GF 55mm f/1.7, over a monthlong trip in October 2023. Not once did I ever take note of its weight or bulk or regret carrying it, and that is saying something. It is an awesome companion to the Fujifilm GFX100 II.
I also carried along the Fujifilm GF 35-70mm f/4.5-5.6, which for an inexpensive zoom is incredibly good, so good that the other prime lenses in its range struggle to compete with it, with few to none offering its appealing combination of qualities. Every Fujifilm shooter should own the 35-70, while shunning its problematic 45-100 and 32-64 siblings.

This summary is a critical page to read for Fujifilm medium format shooters. Rarely (never) have I been so satisfied with a Fujifilm GF lens.
