Thanksgiving
Those turkey’s are really chillin' today. Or were.
It’s going to hit 69°F with a brilliant blue sky here. Super nice. Tigger says that requires napping in the sun outside all day—smarter than most humans.
It’s “turkey day” and shopping hysteria day/weekend or I guess it once had some real meaning. Meanwhile, lotsa people visiting food banks what with the 30% rise in food prices in just wo years. But we are thankful to have enough and I hope you do/are too.
Today is the day my daughters and wife bake a whole bunch of mouth-watering stuff... that I cannot (should not) eat because it might provoke an auto-immune response. A steaming fresh baked roll with a slab of butter and honey... oh well. I want to stay on track and not risk it and BTW here is what I did that I think worked for my 3 years of suffering.
No, it’s not just the gluten. Don’t eat wheat in any form if you want good health. And don’t fool yourself: it’s about inflammation and things that can cause a whole host of issues that are “subclinical” meaning doctors are clueless.
At least my web server has not glitched like last year!
