Hasselblad H6D-100C + Hasselblad HC 50mm f/3.5 II: Twenty Lakes Basin + More White-Tailed Ptarmigan
Get Hasselblad medium format at B&H Photo.
I might be soon locked out of the high country depending on what today’s storm brings, which has losed Tioga Pass and will close Hwy 108 today at noon. OTOH, maybe some good snow conditions will emerge in Lundy Canyon.
I’m behind on processing/publishing (very time consuming) having spent more time shooting lately and taken some much- needed rest.
Two in-progress (incomplete) pages:
Hasselblad HC 50mm f/3.5 II Examples: Twenty Lakes Basin
Hasselblad HC 50mm f/3.5 II Examples: White Tailed Ptarmigan at Dusk
Images up to full 100-megapixel camera resolution.
Below, the detail in the 8-frame focus stacked image Driftwood Logs in Frozen Lake is jaw-dropping, like f/128 but without the horrific diffraction. The extreme blue light has been only partially corrected. As with my other images, I strongly recommend viewing the full 100-megapixel image on an iMac 5K.
