This series from f/4 to f/9 looks at sharpness across the field for the Fujifilm GF 20-35mm f/4 R WR at 35mm on a distant landscape scene, assessing total sharpness as well as focus shift. It shows how how and where sharpness develops with stopping down, and what the imaging limits are.

The human figure in landscapes adds a lot, adding both scale and interest. Usually I don’t have that option, but I like making use of it whenever I can.
