Overall rendition is very pleasing: smooth, uniform, no obvious distractions aside from a bit of magenta/green secondary color. It is a very nice performance, sure to appeal to many shooters, which is not to say it is technically strong at wider apertures, but the lens has a pleasing rendering style that might well trump sharpness for many applications.
