Leica M240
Leica 90mm f/2 APO-Summicron-R ASPH

Aperture Series: Barcroft Blue Building (M240)

At the time this series was shot (first experience with the R-Adapter M), the issues of M240 shutter vibration were not well understood. As a result, the series suffers a loss of quality at f/5.6 due to shutter vibration damage at 1/30 second.

Leica R-adapter M used via tripod foot mount with 2-second self-timer and Light Metering Mode = Advanced ('Classic' with Live View off is better). The shutter vibration danger zone centers around 1/30 second. 2-second self timer with Light Metering Mode = Advanced.
