This series evaluates the Nikon NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S at 24mm from f/2.8 to f/11 on a near-to-far scene whose structure mimics a typical landscape photo.
You can learn a lot just by looking. One end of the zoom range is often far superior to the other! And sometimes behaves in opposite ways to the other end.
Sharpness across the frame and near to far, focus shift and overall optical correction are evaluated. Comments on the Nikon Z8 are also made.
