Canon 5D Mark III Autofocus With 85mm f/1.2L II (Ad-Hoc)

Today I went out with the Canon 5D Mark III, set it to single point autofocus and shot away at f/1.2 with the Canon 85mm f/1.2L II.

The goal was to see how well it does compared to the Nikon D800.

Not the same subject matter or lighting, but can one just walk around and have confidence that AF will nail the focus, or not?

I have provided an unusually large number of examples, attempting to prove-out the 5D Mark III focusing system at the very challenging f/1.2.
