Canon EOS 1D X: Pattern Noise at ISO 100 With Ample Exposure (Expose to the Right, ETTR)

I previously documented pattern noise with the Canon 1D X and more pattern noise with the Canon 1D X.

Following up, I wondered what would happen when comparing a good Canon 1D X exposure with two other exposures at one and two stops less.

In other words something reasonably close to the goal of “expose to the right” (ETTR) compared with 1-stop and 2-stop underexposure.
